One is a plugin that allows (if the player has the right) with sheep duch the world to fly and press the q determined set in the configuration perform action (WoolDrops, Rainbow, TNT, XP, block, Bats) you can adjust how many items / TNT / Bats / XP can be dropped at once it begs to be all a Permission. Sorry for Bad English xD

Pressing SHIFT (Sneak) will start the Sheep (again presssing it will stop it) Pressing Q(ItemDrop) while the sheep is on(sneak) activate the action (itemdrop,tnt)(You must have a Item in the hand,you wont drop it) Looking in a Direction will controll the sheep while is it on(sneak)
