All-OP provides a all-op environment for a Minecraft server.

All-OP allows you to safely run a all-op server. It blocks the use of /ban and /kick, as well as /mute. It also blocks the changing gamemodes of others. SuperAdmins(the top OP) have access to blocked commands, the only way to become a SuperAdmin is to add your name to the physical file.
