Information
On an average day to day basis, staff members are usually overwhelmed with the amount of support requests they receive, and tend to forget most of them. This plugin logs messages in global chat that consists of the following keywords: fire, water, lava, portal and grief - this then stores the messages in a /ticket list awaiting to be dealt with. These are commonly requested for support, however it all depends on your server style.
