NightVisionGoggles allows you to enter a command to get night vision. It's very useful for creative mode, when you need to be able to see in the dark but don't want to go through the trouble of digging out a potion of night vision and reapplying it every time it wears off.
After turning on night vision, the standard night vision effect will be applied to you, and refreshed periodically so you will have permanent, hassle-free night vision until you turn it off.
Commands:
/nv - Toggle night vision
/nv on - Turn on night vision
/nv off - Turn off night vision
Configuration:
ops-only: Only allow ops to use /nv. Default: true
effect-duration: Duration, in ticks, to set the night vision effect to. Doesn't really matter since it's refreshed constantly, so this is just an aesthetic setting. Default: 12000 (10 minutes)
refresh-interval: How often, in ticks, to re-apply the night vision effect to all players who have it enabled. Should be less than effect-duration, or the effect will wear off before it's refreshed. Default: 6000 (5 minutes)
